Tips | Jadikan Timeline Lebih Menarik Dan Kreatif

Dengan pengenalan Facebook Timeline yang baru, penggunaan gambar besar pada bahagian profil telah pun menjadikan beberapa pengguna menjadikan profil mereka lebih menarik, dengan susun atur gambar yang kreatif dan berbeza dengan lain. Kini, anda boleh turut sama berbuat demikian, dan serlahkan kreativiti anda kepada dunia luar.

Untuk tutorial ini, anda perlu menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS5 (atau GIMP). Saya cadangkan anda menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS3 dan ke atas. Sedikit pengetahuan ke atas perisian Adobe Photoshop (atau GIMP) diperlukan kerana ianya mungkin agak sukar bagi mereka yang pertama kali menggunakan perisian ini.

Sebagai memudahkan anda, tutorial ini dibahagikan kepada 3 bahagian. Untuk bahagian pertama, ianya untuk bahagian cover, diikuti dengan bahagian gambar profil (profile picture) dan bahagian ketiga untuk proses penamat.

Bahagian 1 : Cover

Pada ruangan Layer, sila buka group Edit Here > Cover. Seterusnya, masukkan gambar yang anda mahu gunakan untuk cover pada bahagian tersebut. Sila rujuk pada gambar dibawah.

Tips : Anda perlu melakukan drag untuk mengubah lokasi layer.

Bahagian 2 : Gambar Profail

Sama seperti langkah untuk membuat cover, anda perlu membuka group Edit Here > Profile Pic. Seterusnya, masukkan gambar yang anda mahu gunakan untuk digunakan pada bahagian tersebut.

Bahagian 3 : Proses Penamat

Sebaik sahaja berpuas hati, anda perlu mengasingkan bahagian cover dan gambar profil. Caranya, pilih Rectangular Marquee Tool dan pilih bahagian cover seperti gambar dibawah. Sila pastikan anda mengikut garisan panduan yang telah disediakan dan berada pada bahagian Edit Here > Cover (Rujuk Bahagian 1).

Anda perlu melakukan salinan pada gambar tersebut dengan menggunakan kekunci CTRL + C atau ke bahagian menu, Edit > Copy. Seterusnya anda perlu membuka template baru dengan menggunakan kekunci CTRL + N atau ke bahagian menu, File > New. Pastikan saiz template tersebut adalah 851px X 314 px dan masukkan gambar yang anda telah salin itu disana dengan menggunakan kekunci CTRL + V. Simpan gambar tersebut ke dalam komputer anda.

Untuk bahagian gambar profil, lakukan cara yang sama seperti langkah diatas. Anda juga boleh mengendahkan langkah ini jika gambar yang anda mahu gunakan tidak melibatkan bahagian cover. Ini kerana, untuk memuat naik gambar profail pada Facebook, anda tidak dibenarkan memuat naik gambar yang bersaiz 125 X 125. Minimum saiz yang dibenarkan adalah 180 X 180. Jadi untuk gambar profail membesarkan sedikit gambar yang telah disalin itu. Tetapi harus diingat, cara ini mungkin akan mengakibatkan gambar yang terhasil kelihatan kabur.
